The famous dishes they serve to their customers is Chicken Curry Bread (面包鸡), it is the first choice the customers whenever they went to this restaurant.
This is the video that the waitress help us to open the bread that contain chicken curry inside.
The history
The Chicken Curry Bread was developed around the year 1980's. It follows the traditional way of making the Beggar's Chicken which use the dirt to wrap the chicken in order to cook it. But due to the using of dirt to cook is too dirty, so they change it with bread and made it very own unique dishes. During the 1990's, they also take the pre-orders to make the Curry Chicken Bread. So they accept the orders from the customers and the local restaurants, such as Kam Ling Restaurant, for the Curry Chicken Bread and improve the skills of making the Curry Chicken Bread at the same time. After years has passed, they also open a few branches throughout the Malaysia that being managed by his children, but due to the skills of making the Curry Chicken Bread requires years of experiences to master it, it makes other branches don't have the quality of food same as Kampar branch. Thus it makes the customers from all around the place including outside of Malaysia such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and also England want to taste the food of Yau Kee in Kampar.
The feedback from the customers is positive.
"Every time I come to this restaurant, I always order the Curry Chicken Bread for my relatives", local resident in Kampar.
"I come here through a recommendation from my friend, after I have try the Curry Chicken Bread, I felt the taste very unique", UTAR student.

The environment of the restaurant
Group Evaluation :
1) Group opinion and why you selected these two places
First of all, Restaurant Ho Wan Loi seems to be a crowded place in Kampar as it located in the center of Kampar new town. However, is this the only reason to make it so prosperous? Every morning, you could see that lots of people gather at there, waiting for others to finish the foods quickly and give the seat to them. Other than that, as you waiting by the roadside, you are able to see steam floating out from the stalls of the restaurant. In fact, it was the aroma from the hot and boiling soup such as “pan mee”, “har mee” and “yee mee”. As Malaysian culture was having these types of foods as breakfast, no doubt this restaurant is currently having a great opportunity in the market. Thus, this restaurant has a stall which is selling Hong Kong style “chu cheong fan”. In short, it increases more foods selection for the coming customers.
The reason why we selected this restaurant is because of our curiosity on the taste of these amazing, good looking foods and also the crowded of the restaurant. As breakfast is really important in our life, what would be greater than having a delightful soupy noodle together with a cup of coffee or milo in the morning. By having such marvelous breakfast, it would be a great start for the day.
Additionally, the second place is Restaurant Yau Kee. The first impression we heard of this restaurant is the famous curry chicken bread. Those people whose never tried this amazing, flavorful and good tasting food do nor mean they visited Kampar ever. As this restaurant was the first one which introduce this special food, the curry chicken bread is the representative food of Kampar. Since it also have delivery service and pre-order service, it naturally provides convenience to the customers. Through this, it increases its own reputation and provide bigger opportunity in doing business.
The reason why we selected Restaurant Yau Kee is because this historic restaurant is the first restaurant that provide this food. Curry chicken bread was first introduced by Restaurant Yau Kee, it seems to be natural to choose this restaurant. On the other hand, as you pull out a loaf of bread and dip it in the finger licking curry, and now an enticing bread covered by the rich curry is presenting in front of you. Such kind of delicious food provides a top enjoyable moment to diners. As you bite it, your mouth is now full with fantastic aroma of the bread and curry. This is the best reason why we selected this restaurant to be written in the blog.

also focused on building a long-term relationship with customers and it

stalls inside. In the page, we can introduce what kind of foods and drinks
available, their price and if got any promotion can also put on it. Customers
can also give comment and feedback on their breakfast.
Restaurant YAU KEE
YAU KEE should use mass marketing and advertising strategy
on its business. This strategy is to focus on the products. Its target
recipient is the largest number of people possible. It also reached wide area
of market coverage in which a firm decides to ignore market segment
differences.
The other method is using the blog method. In the blog, we
can introduce the chicken bun and other cookies by putting on the pictures.
